Role:                      Trustee

Description:          Independent Trustee, as part of the three members Board of Trustees of a  multi-million Pound Sterling Trust Deed employee pension plan. Successfully arrangement made, within complex financial , insurance and legal issues, for securing distribution of the assets to the members of the plan.

Bahrain International School Association (BISA) 

(Bahrain School)

Role:                      Director & Chairman of the Building Committee

Description:          Management of the leased school campus property from Bahrain Government and that was sub-leased to Bahrain School. Also managing the dormitory and related facilities.

Role:                      Director & Treasurer

Description:          BSTD is an active society locally, regionally and internationally in the domain of training and development of human resources.

Role:                      Member of the Programming Committee

Description:          BMS is an active society locally and regionally in the domain of management and leadership development. Adel  was instrumental in the success of the First International Management Conference by BMS and securing funds for the society.

Manama Club

(Formerly Manama Sport Club)

Roles:                    Member of the 7 Men Strategic Planning Committee, Chairman of  Membership Committee and Chairman of Public Relations Committee

Description:          Adel was invited to serve the re-launch of Manama Club. The General Organisation for Youth and Sport required that Manama Club to improve the club’s management and financial resources to become more independent financially. Adel assisted  in the strategic planning and leading working committees.
